What if I do not see the color or size options I am looking for?

If you are looking to purchase an item but do not see your size or color of preference this is because Baylor Twine is a one of a kind/custom shop. I upcycle resell items to promote sustainable consumerism. So all items will only be available in one size and one color depending on that item. 

Please consider these circumstances! I am making new items weekly and if your size/color is not pictured today, stay tuned for future items to be uploaded to my site!

How do I contact Baylor Twine if I still have an unanswered question?

You can contact me directly using my email: Baylortwine3@gmail.com. Please note that I may not be able to get back to you for 2-3 business days, as I am a one man band, but I will do my best to respond asap!

Returns and Exchanges

Upon review if you are not satisfied with your item I will give you a full refund guaranteed. I value the care of my customers and I am happy to refund you if your item is not satisfactory. Email me with a description of why you would like to be refunded, a picture of your item, and your order number so that I can handle your order smoothly and efficiently.

What if I can't add an item to my cart?

This means that the item is currently out of stock. However, reach out and I can maybe make it for you!

Tracking

While all shipping methods I use are close to 100% reliable, if a shipment is lost using a tracking or non-trackable shipping method, Baylor Twine is not responsible for refunding charges for shipping, handling and lost or damaged goods. If you are shipping to a business or office building, I will not be held responsible if the internal mail service of your building company is unable to deliver the package to you. I highly recommend that you ship to a safe and secure residence to avoid any issues.
