Hi I’m Brittany!
I grew up on a farm in Chagrin Falls, Ohio and can confidently say, I got my artistic side from my mom who is an amazing craftswoman that upcycles and repurposes furniture.
How I Found Sewing
While I have always enjoyed crafting and creating, it wasn't until I was laid off from my corporate job, due to Covid, that I found my true love of sewing. A friend shipped me a $25 sewing machine and I could have never imagined where that would lead! You can usually find me in my 200 square foot sewing room on the floor surrounded by heaps of clothes & fabric scraps with my trusty 90lb Goldendoodle, Pennie, by my side!
I started Baylor Twine from the ground up, with a lot of grit and passion. Often bribing my friends to be models, helpers or in my case even having one create my logo!
My Baylor line with vintage sew-ons, as well as my custom tie-dye and custom cuffs, have kept me and my sewing machine in a constant state of creative motion. And as they say, the rest is history!
I have learned so much & have met so many amazing people along that way and never could have imagined waking up being thrilled to work. I now truly LOVE what I do and will never look back. I cannot thank you all enough for supporting my dream!
